In Your Room (signed by Anneke)

The album 'In Your Room' contains a total of 12 songs and will be released the 30th of October 2009. Anneke wrote all songs except two. The song 'Just Fine' was co-written with Devin Townsend and 'Adore' was written by AdA bass player Jacques, together with Cyril Crutz. Anneke worked on her new album with executive producer Michel Schoots (ex-Urban Dance Squad and producer for Kane and Racoon). The album was mixed by Guido Aalbers (Bertolf and Miss Montreal). Twan van Gerven, who is mainly known from his great guitar playing for Dutch band Beef, plays on two songs. This past summer, she built her own backyard studio, which is the reason why she believes the album breathes such a feeling of intimacy, with a very personal atmosphere. Anneke states: “My arms are stretched out, my smile is big, I give you the most conscious, positive and honest chunk of my life so far. New times, new music!”
