Kick-off Dutch Club Tour & Good stuff from the past week

Hey peeps!

This Saturday (January 30) we will be kicking off our Dutch Club Tour at Poppodium Romein, Leeuwarden at 8 pm. I remember the great atmosphere during our 2007 show at Romein vividly, so I'm looking forward to that very much!
The talented girls of The Secret Love Parade will be supporting us that night.

Last weekend we did two shows in Greece;
A broken heart due to a broken guitar neck, two damn early lobby calls, a miniature dressing room and a bunch of technical hick-ups in Athens, meeting up with old friends, an exciting gig in Thessaloniki, getting exposed to 'socks on cocks' in our hotel corridor, the rental back line held up by a Greek farmers roadblock campaign, freezing temperatures and... a warm encounter with the guys from Pain of Salvation. That sums up our trip pretty much I guess :-)
Seriously, I had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Got home on monday and rehearsed for the Club Tour on Tuesday.
Yesterday morning I picked up Yoav Goren from the Airport. We started working in our little studio till past midnight and we were on a roll! Yoav (and his partner Jeffrey Fayman) are two of the most renowned composers/producers of those epic themes that accompany movie trailers. Their work can be heard in lots of major motion picture trailers like Spider Man and Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince. We ended up with two songs that might be on the next Globus album and I can't wait to hear the end result.

This afternoon I'm gonna make an appearance as a guest on TV Limburg and tonight it's rehearsal time again!
